EXPERIENCE
The Body You Have Now
Your body has changed. That is information, not a verdict.
Start a Private InquiryWhat it is
An unhurried evening of bodywork and conversation for a body in its forties, fifties and beyond — built around what is true of it now rather than around what it used to do.
Why this exists
Somewhere in her forties a woman starts being addressed in one of two registers: medical, or consoling. Neither of them is an evening. The body does change — sleep, temperature, sensation, the time it takes to arrive — and the change is almost always handled as a problem to be managed or a loss to be softened. This Experience exists for the third possibility: that these are simply facts about a body, that they can be known in advance by the person you are with, and that an evening can be built from them rather than around them.
Is this you?
For a body in its forties, fifties and beyond. For a woman who has been quietly managing her own comfort for so long that the managing has become invisible work she no longer counts.
When to choose it
Choose this when the thing in the way is not stiffness and not tiredness, but the sense that your body would have to be explained before it could be touched. If what you want is rest, Head, Face & Deep Rest. If you want to be moved, Body Reset. If you want the sensual and contemplative shape, Signature Tantra Ritual — this is not a gentler version of it, and the difference is not intensity.
A sample evening
The conversation at the start is shorter than you expect, because most of what you would have explained is already assumed. What is asked is practical: where the room should sit on temperature, how long is comfortable in one position, what has changed recently that is worth knowing, and what you would rather not have mentioned again tonight. The bodywork is slow and warm, with pressure adjusted as it goes rather than agreed once at the start. Positions change more often than they would elsewhere, without it being made into an event. There is no point at which the evening tests whether something still works. Towards the close there is stillness, and time — the return to your feet is not hurried, because for many bodies that is the part that has quietly become difficult.
What to expect
The days after
What changes is the register you expect to be addressed in. After an evening in which a changed body was neither treated as a problem to be solved nor gently talked around, both the medical and the consoling registers become easier to decline elsewhere — with a doctor, with a friend, with a partner who has been carefully not mentioning anything. Women describe that as the part that lasted, far more often than anything physical.
What it is not
Not medical care, not treatment for menopause or any condition, not hormone or health advice, and not a diagnosis. Nothing here treats a symptom, and nothing here is a substitute for a doctor. It is also not a consolation: the evening does not exist to tell you that you are still anything.
Why this format exists
Most of what is written for this decade is either medical or consoling. This is neither. The value is an evening where the changes are simply known — already accounted for in the pace, the pressure and the room — so that none of your attention goes to managing them.
Price & duration
US$780 / 150 minutes.
Two markets, two rate schedules
The price above is quoted on Moonlight’s international rate schedule for inbound and English-speaking clients, where every ¥10,000 of the domestic reference price is treated as US$100. The Japanese page quotes the domestic JPY price. This is a published service-rate schedule, not an exchange-rate claim and not a judgement about anyone; the reasons are explained on Pricing, and the final amount always appears on your formal quotation before anything is booked.
Before, during and after
Before: a short Private Chemistry Call if you want one, then your Desire & Boundary Map, completed privately, so nothing important is guessed. Everything is settled on a formal invoice before the day. During: Yamato reconfirms what was agreed before beginning; a YES may become a NO at any time, a MAYBE is never treated as a YES, and there is a stop word, a slow-down word and a non-verbal signal. After: the time never ends abruptly. Water, a robe, quiet, conversation if you want it, and a gentle return. The reserved window is always longer than the Experience itself.
