As shown on each service page, tax included. Individual quotations are issued where the arrangement requires one.

Hotel, venue, dining and admission costs are borne by the client unless stated in the quotation.

Travel is charged on a road-distance schedule from Omiya, Saitama, to the venue, and the fee covers both directions. Within 10 km of Omiya: No travel charge; 10–20 km: ¥2,500 round trip, tax included; 20–30 km: ¥4,000 round trip, tax included; 30–50 km: ¥8,000 round trip, tax included; 50–70 km: ¥15,000 round trip, tax included; Beyond 70 km: Quoted individually. Journeys beyond 70 km, and any requiring accommodation or long travel time, are quoted individually including transport, travel time and lodging. The travel fee is a separate line from the service price; both are tax-inclusive amounts, and the quotation and invoice list the service fee, the travel fee and any other agreed item separately, with the total and the consumption tax within it.

Where a session ends after public transport has stopped, one of the following is agreed in advance and any cost is stated on the quotation: start earlier so the evening ends before the last train; extend until the first train, with the extra hours quoted; arrange lodging or a taxi, at cost plus a quoted premium.

Same-day additions are confirmed in amount beforehand and settled in cash before the session begins.

Bank transfer / PayPal / Wise / other methods approved in advance.

Card payment is handled through PayPal or similar.

All bookings are prepaid. The full amount is due no later than the day before the appointment. A booking is confirmed only once payment is verified. Where payment is not received by the deadline, the reserved time may be released.

At the date and time confirmed by booking.

If your circumstances change, please tell us. Wherever possible we will offer a new date, a credit toward a future booking, or a change of arrangement, so that what you have paid stays yours to use.

The charges below apply where none of these is possible.

Amounts remain available toward a future booking for one year from the date of your notice. Credits are for your own use and are not transferable. We are glad to discuss an extension.

· 2–3 days — 70%

· Day before — 80%

· Same day / no contact — 100%

Hotel, transport, wardrobe and third-party costs already paid are charged separately from the above.
