LEGAL
Terms of Service
What this service is, how consent works here, booking and payment, and the limits of our liability.
Private InquiryEligibility
This service is for adults aged 18 and over.
What this service is
Moonlight Privé offers private relationship, intimacy and sensual development for women.
It is not medical treatment, diagnosis or care, psychotherapy or counselling, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. We promise no particular outcome, cure or transformation. If you are unwell in body or mind, please speak to a medical professional.
Consent
Consent is explicit, given each time, and revocable at any moment.
Interest is not consent. Physical response is not consent. Telling us something personal is not consent. Describing a desire is not consent.
You may pause or end anything, at any point, without giving a reason and without consequence.
Health disclosure
When booking, we ask you to tell us about any health condition that could affect the service. We ask again at repeat bookings in case anything has changed.
Booking, payment and cancellation
As set out in our Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
What we ask of you
Keep to arranged times. Respect stated boundaries. Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may decline or end a session where these are not observed.
Confidentiality
What you tell us stays with us. We ask the same discretion of you regarding the service.
Limitation of liability
Where loss arises from our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit.
This limitation does not apply where loss arises from our intentional act or gross negligence. In those cases we bear liability in full as provided by law.
Matters outside our responsibility
· Consequences arising from a health condition not disclosed to us beforehand
· Services provided by hotels, venues, transport or other third parties
· Suspension or change caused by natural disaster, epidemic, transport stoppage or other force majeure — in which case amounts paid are refunded in full or credited
If something goes wrong
If anything is unclear or unsatisfactory, please tell us first. We will discuss it in good faith and work to resolve it. In most cases a change of date, a change of arrangement or a credit resolves the matter.
Any matter not covered by these terms, or any question of interpretation, will be settled by good-faith discussion between us.
Governing law
Japanese law. Exclusive first-instance jurisdiction: Saitama District Court.
