PRICING
The price is not the story. The whole experience is.
Where a price is currently available for public guidance, Moonlight shows it plainly. Experience prices that are not yet public are left unpublished instead of being filled with historical or temporary numbers. For a full description of any Experience, see its own page; for Program details, see Programs.

A note for international, inbound and English-speaking clients: prices on this English page are quoted in US dollars on Moonlight’s international rate schedule, where every ¥10,000 of the domestic reference price is treated as US$100. The Japanese page quotes the domestic JPY price. This is a published service-rate schedule, not a claim about the exchange rate and not a judgement about anyone; the reasons are set out under International pricing below, and the final amount always appears on your formal quotation before anything is booked.

Custom and bespoke arrangements
Care for something shaped only for you? The lists above are the settled formats, not the limits of what can be arranged. If you have an idea that sits outside a packaged Experience or Program but still belongs to the territory Moonlight works in — intimacy, sensuality, companionship, presence, the way closeness is built and held — you are welcome to bring it and talk it through. What matters is the setting you actually want: the pace, the place, the hours, the shape of the thing. It is scoped in conversation and quoted individually, because something built once cannot honestly be priced from a list. Duration, preparation, the time of day it runs, and the travel it needs — measured both ways from Omiya — are what move the figure, along with how close to the date the request arrives. Some ideas are outside what Moonlight offers, and that is said plainly and early rather than after a quotation.
International / inbound pricing
Moonlight operates a separate international rate schedule for inbound quotations: every ¥10,000 of the domestic reference price is treated as US$100 (for example, ¥60,000 becomes US$600). This is a service-rate schedule, not a claim about the actual foreign-exchange rate. International pricing may reflect bilingual service, inbound coordination, international communication, booking administration, concierge support and payment overhead. The final amount always appears on the formal quotation and invoice before purchase.
Travel, and evenings that end late
Travel is charged on a published distance schedule from Omiya, Saitama, and the fee covers both directions: the journey home is real time and real cost, so the band you fall in already includes it. The distance is road distance, measured from Omiya to your venue, not rail and not a straight line. Within ten kilometres there is no travel charge at all; the bands below then step up to seventy kilometres, and beyond that, or anywhere that needs accommodation or long travel time, the journey is quoted individually against actual transport, round-trip time and lodging. Public transport around Omiya stops shortly after midnight, so an evening that ends in the small hours changes the shape of the return. That is never a flat surcharge. During the consultation we look for the most cost-efficient plan for your time and the transport at the end of it: start earlier so the evening ends before the last train; extend until the first train, with the extra hours quoted; arrange lodging or a taxi, at cost plus a quoted premium. The service price and the travel fee are two different things and appear as two separate lines on your quotation; both are tax-inclusive amounts, and the quotation shows the total and the consumption tax within it. Whatever applies appears on your quotation before you decide, never afterwards. Prices on this English page are on the international schedule.
Booking lead time
A booking made three or more days before your preferred date is an ordinary booking, quoted at the published price. Closer than that is often still possible and is quoted as a short-notice or same-day booking. The premium is not a charge for wanting something soon: it covers commitments rearranged, travel arranged late, and preparation compressed into less time. Whatever applies appears on your quotation before you decide, never afterwards. Payment remains due no later than the day before, which is a separate deadline from this one.
Cancellation policy
Because Moonlight blocks private appointment time and may incur preparation and travel costs, cancellations follow the published schedule below, subject always to the maximum amount legally permissible. A cancellation policy never overrides bodily consent: if a client changes her mind during an appointment, she does not have to continue an unwanted activity, regardless of what was paid.
Rebooking / date change
Moonlight generally prefers an amicable rescheduling solution over losing a booking entirely, though all rebooking remains subject to availability and any actual third-party change costs.
Booking & payment
Inquiry, consultation and quotation are followed by an electronic invoice. Payment is by bank transfer as a matter of principle, to either a Japanese yen or a US dollar account — whichever suits you, named on the invoice. Other electronic or card options are offered only once Moonlight has confirmed the relevant provider accepts this business category. When your payment arrives you are sent a receipt by email, and that same email confirms the booking: one message, so there is never a stretch of silence in which you are unsure whether anything landed. Settlement is normally no later than the day before the appointment, which is a separate deadline from the booking lead time above. Tips are never required, though always sincerely appreciated — their absence never affects attitude, aftercare or future treatment.
What is deliberately not shown
A small number of Experience prices are not yet public, and hard financial promises specific to any one client are never published — those live in a private quotation. Historical sample prices are not live prices and do not belong in the current catalogue.
