Your name or preferred form of address, your contact details, and what you write to us.

Enquiries may contain personal information about your relationships, your body and your feelings. We treat this as the most sensitive category of information we hold.

To reply to you, to propose and arrange services, and to maintain the record of our relationship with you. Nothing else.

Transmission is encrypted. Access is restricted to the operator. Any files you send are held in private storage and are never publicly served.

· Enquiries and conversation records: deleted two years after last contact.

· Transaction and accounting records: kept for the period required by law.

You may request deletion at any time, except where retention is legally required.

We engage external providers as needed to operate the service and supervise them accordingly. Some are located outside Japan, and information may be stored or processed outside Japan.
