What this Program is for
You came to Japan to live, and somewhere along the way you became very good at functioning here instead. The work is fine. The apartment is fine. And a part of you that used to feel alive has gone quiet, and you cannot quite say when. The Tokyo Reset is six months of space to hear yourself again: rest, touch, companionship, expression and honest conversation, in a city that rarely offers any of them without an agenda.
Is this you?
For international women navigating stress, identity shifts, loneliness, cultural fatigue, relationship changes or simply the feeling that life in Japan has pulled them away from themselves.

What the months cover
A month inside the Program
Your first session
Almost nothing is asked of you, which surprises people who arrive braced for it. English throughout, no cultural translation required, and no explanation owed for why you are tired. You sit. Yamato asks how long it has been since you were somewhere you did not have to be slightly on guard, and the answer is often measured in years rather than weeks. Then breathing — not as a technique with a name, but because breath is the first thing a foreign city takes and the easiest thing to get back. Twenty minutes of it and something in your jaw lets go. You will not be asked about your visa, your job, or whether you are staying. You leave with nothing to do and one instruction: notice, once a day, where you are holding.
What you take with you
You leave rested in a way you had stopped expecting, able to receive care without earning it, back in a body that feels, and clearer about what you want your life in Japan to hold. Not fixed, because you were not broken. Reconnected.
What the fee covers, and what it does not
Six months of fortnightly sessions comes to twelve, near US$540 each, against US$600 for a single Signature evening. All of it is held in English by someone who is not translating as he goes. The fee covers the full six months at the pace you can actually keep — a month where you manage one session instead of two does not shorten the Program. It does not include relocation, visa or legal advice, none of which this is.
Two markets, two rate schedules
Each Program is shown in one currency per page: US dollars here, Japanese yen on the Japanese page, on Moonlight’s published rate schedule where every ¥10,000 of the domestic reference price is treated as US$100. It is a service-rate schedule rather than a claim about the exchange rate, and it reflects bilingual service and international coordination. The reasons are set out on Pricing, and the final amount always appears on your formal quotation before anything is booked.
What it does not promise
Not psychotherapy, medical treatment or a promise to remove cultural stress. It is a private experiential reset built around the client's own life.
How a Program begins
A Program begins with a private consultation, not a purchase. Fit, aspiration, pace and scope are discussed first, and a Program is only agreed when both people believe it is the right shape. Every session inside a Program keeps the same rules as any Moonlight Experience: your Desire & Boundary Map, continuing consent, and the Landing Ritual. Confidentiality covers the whole journey, including the fact of your participation. A Program participant is not automatically a Member, and a Member is not automatically a Program student; the two relationships remain separate and are never bundled. Fees are settled on a formal invoice according to the schedule agreed at the start.
